SEA-Solutions was established in August 2006 to provide IT outsourcing services through highly skilled and experienced resources to the market.
The company motto of “OUR PEOPLE + TECHNOLOGY = CLIENTS SUCCESS” is to provide the right people, who know and understand technology, to get the right results for our clients.
SEA-Solutions provides services and solutions to Web Apps, Mobile Apps, and Customization. Our services combine consulting to set technologies, and the professional skills of resources to bring high-quality services to our clients. We care as much about our staff and our customers as we do the technology.

Our staffs consist of over 37 members, including both experienced IT engineers and young persons. Our staffs have certificates from Microsoft, IBM and Oracle (Java) or other certificates.
We always listen – addressing clients’ unique needs and issues to propose the best suitable solution for them.

Management Team

Hai Pham established the company in 2006 with an aim to make software development more friendly and less costly.Before doing his own business, he had more than eight years to work as project managers for software development with customers in Viet Nam, as well as in North America and Europe.He was also experienced in developing human resource and building software process in ISO and CMMi. Hai is a graduate of Hanoi University of Technology with degrees in Information Technology, as well as of Hanoi Economic University with degree in Finance. He obtains many certificates from Microsoft, Sun and IBM. He improved his management skill and culture understanding by a MBA in India and by working in Australia. In SEA-Solutions, Productivity and Quality are always his top priority and he continues to developing and inspiring team to achieve this aim.

Have long years working with java and .net with multi roles: developer, design, team leader. Have many years experience working with DBMS like MS SQl, Oracle, My SQL. Have deep knowledge about design pattern and apply. Have experience about security of software. Have knowledge about QA and testing software.

CTO

Cuong Pham graduated from Hanoi University of Technology in 2008 and has been working at SEA-Solutions since then. As IT Manager at SEA-Solutions, he takes the responsibility for the maintenance and security of all internal computers and information network systems. He also serves as a consultant to other projects when they are in need of installing or upgrading system-related software and hardware. In addition, whenever adverse technical issues are experienced within the company, he typically serves as the internal help desk to field questions and troubleshoot problems. His responsibilities are not limited to machines.In fact, he also supervises a small team of .NET developers, where he assigns and prioritizes tasks to be performed to his team members.

Graduating Hanoi Junior Teacher Training College where he got the 3rd position in a National competition for students in IT, specifically in software development with data structures and algorithms. He then also graduated Posts & Telecommunications Institute of Technology. With more than 10 years of experience, he started as a developer then as technical leader and today as a project manager. He has been working directly with USA and Canada customers who has high standards in quality and productivity for more than 8 years. Good at problem solving, can quickly come up with solutions and excellent communication skills in English, he’s well suited as a bridge between the customers and the development teams.

Mobile Team

Graduating Hanoi University of Transport and Communications with degree in technologies and he has been working at SEA-Solutions more than 6 years. He mostly done project in iOS and Android platform and worked for many clients in Europe, Korean and Vietnam. He joined both long term and short term projects and worked for many clients from Canada and USA. He also is a person who directly guidance for Team’s member and new member. He's a very serious person in the job, ensuring project progress and always analyze problems clearly. He's always been appreciated by customers and colleagues.

I have been working as a tester (Quality Assurance) for more than 10 years. In the last 3 years, I started my Business Analysist role for both domestic and international software projects. I have worked with many business domain such as education, finance, e-Commerce, tourism. Those system are implemented in various platforms: Web-based application, Mobile application and also Windows destktop application. I care the most about software functionalities and UI/UX. I believe that a good software is a software can be used by anyone.

Graduating at Vietnam National University- University of Engineering and Technology with Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. She also gets Fmis- Finance and Management Information System certificate. With more than 6 years’ experiences, she worked at SEA-Solutions from developer and then now she is Team leader at CRM project. She only is a female developer at SEA-Solutions, so she a nice style in communication to the team and customer. She is a good analytic and serious person when working with clients. Confident, good English skill, she always understands what customers want and make them satisfy.
