The process of monitoring, evaluating, and modifying of existing information systems to make required or desirable improvements may be termed as System Maintenance. System maintenance is an ongoing activity, which covers a wide variety of activities, including removing program and design errors, updating documentation and test data and updating user support.

It’s means the process of managing the requirement, design, coding, testing and ongoing improvements and debugging of software. After deploying software, we give our clients the maintenance services. Whenever that software has any problem or clients would like to change requirement, we always support and work with them. We fix their application and systems issues, or incidents as they are known, that disrupt the service they depend upon.
